Just left. Didn't order. Both bathrooms LOADED with cockroaches. Told manager and she said can assure us there were no roaches. But my daughter showed video as we were leaving. Took a few before they came to table. Disgusting. Server was decent. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Atmosphere: 1

We don’t usually go to many chains but we were at the mall and stopped at Pf Changs. What a great experience!! Jaime was our server and what a delight he was. So lovely and made us feel welcome while providing suggestions and clarity on menu items. Will definitely go back again and will ask for Jaime!! Lunch at P.f. chang’s was great. Our server, David, was friendly and attentive when helping us. The service was great and the ambiance was nice. Food came promptly. We loved the shrimp fried rice and northern style ribs. The dessert, The Great Wall of Chocolate, was a highlight. It was so rich and had six layers. We will be back! This was my first time to this restaurant. Dave was our server. It did take Dave a few minutes to get to our table, but it did look like he was the only server in our section. (hire some more people PF Chang). Our table was not set up with plates out utensils but Dave was quick to get those for us. He was quick to bring our drinks and appetizer. Our meal was brought our super quick too. This place serves their dishes family style but the portion sizes were pretty big that we even had leftovers. I got the banana desert which was delicious. It had coconut ice cream which was unique and paired so we'll. Thanks for a great meal Dave. Had a wonderful mother & daughter night out at this restaurant. Pedro was our server, very friendly and helpful. Our food came quickly and tasty and we loved our drinks! Went to the Natick Mall location for the first time. Like the atmosphere very much. David was our server and me and my friend LOVED him. So sweet answering all of our questions. He was very honest about the great and good foods there based on what I told him we liked. He was just awesome. We felt very welcomed by him. Make sure to ask for his section when there!! Floor was super slippery so ne careful. The food was okay, and the staff was knowledgeable of the menu and friendly. Atmosphere was an absolute mess. Our empty dishes sat on the table and were never removed. There was food on the floor and other tables that hadn't been cleaned. The dishes our food was served on were cracked, and the food was served very spotty (meaning meat was served and the included side of rice was served about 10 minutes later). Some of our ordered items were dry and overlooked, and they were out of a few of the items on the menu. So, plan for a second option. Always love ❤️ going to Natick as we get to go to PF Changs. Terrific food, atmosphere, and service. We spend nearly 2.5 hours each visit slowly eating and drinking to make the most of the visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beautiful atmosphere and service was superb. Connected to the Natick Mall. Food is Americanized so if you are looking for authentic Asian food this isn’t the place. We for wagyu steak which the steak was delish but not their seasoning. Sushi was good and their Korean clear noodle was good. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
