I never leave reviews, but I finally had to because this is ridiculous. I liked this place a few years ago but now NEVER again! I’m on keto/low carb so I ordered a double portion of meat, veggies, sauce etc. and this is what I got for $13. Go to Chipotle or Bubbakoos.

I’ve contacted Pancheros corporate asking them to contact me to discuss what I have witnessed here, but all they did was send me an automated email thanking me for reaching out.
This place would be booming if it wasn’t for the owners. The food is good, and it’s in a wonderful location. I am very certain that the reason this place is usually empty is because of the owners mentality and lack of respect.
The owners are extremely hateful to both customers and their own employees. There are 2 employees who do everything, while the husband and wife only come in occasionally. They refuse to let you pay with a card, and insist you pay with cash or on the app. The husband yelled at me when I asked for his name and store number , which he refused to give me.
They are stingy, and water their queso down. It cost extra to put rice on a salad. I think they are just crooks.
It takes a lot to tick my husband off but after they swiped 2 of our cards and then said they needed a card with no chip, and making my husband download the app just to pay online -he is fed up. This is their tactic to now have credit card fees . We tried this place over 6 months later and it was all the same tactics.
Pancheros will not receive my business until there are new owners

I placed an online order for Tacos and they gave me a tortilla with only carnitas, no topping no sauce NOTHING. the “Owner’s wife” Nema did not want to fix our order, she was very rude and argumentative the moment we walked back in the store. She didn’t even have the decency to hear me out, basically shush me away.
Deep was the cashier, he did nothing to help and they both refused to give me their names.

Great food! Best part about their burrito is they mix it around before wrapping it, so you actually get all the ingredients in every bite. Chipotle should take notes!

The portion is fairly small. I asked for more on everything and there’s still barely any salsa after mixing. The taste isn’t very great either. Honestly just go to CHIPOTLE. Don’t bother here! They didn’t have veggies included and didn’t have lettuce at all.

I come here all the time for work but I think that will stop after today. Everytime I come in I have a smile on my face and say “Hi how are you” and everytime I’m “greeted” by a middle aged woman who looks like she hates her life (who I would assume is the owner) Food is never bad but it’s usually lukewarm at best - temperature wise.
Today I found out that you get charged different prices when you go in store vs mobile ordering. You pay extra for toppings in the store that you normally wouldn’t through the app. If you’re going to come here I would recommend you place a mobile order before coming in and then watch them make your food. Too many times have I paid for guac and extra chicken and found barely any chicken or guac in my burrito. Go to Chipotle, you will pay more but be much happier with what you get.

Had the cashier tell me 2 different cards wouldn't work. When I paid cash, she short changed me. I will never be back. It's a shame, because this business could do so well in this area. Its kind of a deadzone for this type of restaurant.

Burritos are very good and the tortilla is pressed and cooked right in front of you. Queso has perfect amount of spice as well.

I had the steak quesadilla here and it was very flavorful. Restaurant itself was clean. Service was good. I will definitely be back.

I was denied a cup for water when buying multiple meals and a drink. The cashier was rude and they are incredibly stingy, as well as slow moving.
