Unique but solid food choices, good beer, nice staff. We really like the meatloaf, steak salad, and chicken pot pie. Paragon takes homestyle favorites and does them with a unique flair. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Been here a half dozen times to eat at this place that happens to be a brewery LOL. Food is reliably solid especially the flash friend brussels. Had the meatloaf this time and appreciate the huge piece I got served even if it's flavor wasn't fully rounded out as in previous visits. Service was kind and engaged, not a big deal our guests had to go grab their own flatware and small plates as the place got busy. Appreciate the pricing that won't leave you poor but isn't cheap. Update: 12/30/23. Very good beer and the service was great. We did 2 different flights and all the beers were good and a few were awesome. The stout is a clear favorite and we ended up with a Growler! Definitely recommend stopping here for a good beer!

Great service, loved their Peanut Butter Burger with Tots and their Mac and Cheese the first time we came in. Came in again tonight and the service was good but the food was horrible. Brisket sandwich special was terrible, Crispy fried chicken sandwich was overcooked and fries were soggy. Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+

Looking at the reviews, I’m guessing we came on a very off night. The service was good. The food…. We ordered Brussels sprouts. They were burnt to a crisp and completely inedible. Unfortunately, because of the very low lighting, we couldn’t tell they were burnt until we bit into them. Ew. We ordered a burger to split. An unseasoned frozen patty that reminded me of a high school cafeteria burger. My friend ate her half because she hadn’t eaten anything all day. Fortunately, I had, so I left my half, other than a bite, to the trash can. Had a couple drinks, told the very nice server that she could take all of the food, minus the couple bites we took, and throw it away, and told her why. She didn’t offer any kind of discount, or excuse. But she did apologize. So, cool. Anyway, they got our $92, but they will obviously not be getting anymore from us. Which is a bummer, since we live right around the corner. Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Delicious burger special! My mom and I split the Bald Eagle- deep fried bacon atop a juicy bison burger, complete with an egg. We split it and a house salad that was really great. There's a great deck for outdoor seating and a cozy clean atmosphere inside. Service was spot on.

Good beer selection and taste. The Pilsner was on point and the Tatcos are a great idea and they taste amazing. A great place to have in town. My only suggestion is the back patio could use a little TLC…
