The food is decent but my carbonara was more like pasta Alfredo. I can make it better at home and I’m no cook. I ordered to dine in and was served on plastic cafeteria tray with an aluminum foil take-away dish. Plastic fork. That was a big turn off considering I paid 20 plus dollars. The pasta is made fresh daily and is absolutely delicious. You can taste how fresh it is. The sauce compliments the taste of the fresh pasta. I love their salad , but not the dressing. The salad of itself is fresh and crispy. One of the best salads I had in a long time. Brings me back memories of my mother making fresh salad for dinner. I do like how they give you a whole bottle of water. The dishware does give a cafeteria like vibe, but it's alright. As long as the food taste good. I would recommend coming to this place especially the pasta lovers. Great lunch spot. The staff are excellent, seem to really enjoy doing their jobs and are super helpful. A+ for customer service.

Great service - I wasn't feeling the carbonara I ordered, which was fine because my partner's amatrciana was delicious and more than enough for two. However, one of the staff members overhead my disappointment and took it upon herself to come over to check and offer a replacement dish! I got the pesto and it was great! Fresh authentic Italian pasta made right in front of you! I had the Gricia and the Strawberry Panna Cotta. The strawberry puree is made from fresh strawberries and you can tell. Tastes amazing! Nice small bar eating area and they offer to-go as well. The owner is friendly and the food is served straight out of the pan. We'll be back! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

We loved our time with the lovely owners at dinner. It is a cozy place where you could sit at the ‘bar’ and watch how to make good Al dente noodles ( proper way to make pasta which should be “just nice” and firm)!! First, why spend $21 for pasta that comes on a food tray and plastic container. I much rather a plate than a flimsy piece of plastic, so wasteful. The pesto was comparable to noodles and company but I’d rather go there, you actually get some sort of veg. The pesto was water. I got pesto soup. I expect a high quality pesto that has form and flavor that stick to the noodles. Not watered down. The bread sticks were unsalted saltine crackers. I will never bring my service here again. I don’t know how they have 4.9 stars atm. Price per person $20–30

First time here and it deserves all the stars. The pasta and pomodoro sauce was *insert chef’s kiss* perfection. As a native Philadelphian, I know my pasta and sauce. No other Italian restaurant in town delivers this quality, simplicity, flavor. They got this simple dish exactly right. I read their story before I came today, and we’re lucky they opened this gem here. They gained a regular today. I randomly walked into Pasta Press when visiting Boulder. The food was INCREDIBLE. Like some of the best pasta and cookies I've ever had. Wow!! I've traveled to most every US state and almsot a dozen countries and this food is top of the line! I ordered carbonara , chocolate cookies and lemonade.
