Yall really switched to PLASTIC containers for your food! We all know plastic is everywhere and horrible for the environment and you are now using it instead of paper? And now because your sandwich and fries are a shoved into 1 container the fries are soggy as hell now. So the food which wasn't that great to begin with (just a slightly better fast food option) is now not worth it at all. Yall really don't pay attention to anything. Jacob is a happy and courteous employee. As well I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. The food is hot, fresh and tasty! Great menu and great app with slots of value! Sad. This used to be one of my favorite chicken restaurants in the area, but lately… just sad. Today I went to grab some lunch to go, spent $25 and everything was tasting bad. Grilled chicken was without flavor and not juicy, broccoli barely had any cheese on it, fries were soggy and fried chicken way too spicy and not crispy. Bad bad bad!
