Love love love this restaurant. It is one of my favorite always has been the first time I tried it. Great servers, very kind and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy. It's a very fun environment. Great place for an adult to have a birthday. I have been going there for years with my family and have not had a complaint since. Very kid friendly. I just always feel very welcomed right when you enter the door. I would suggest this place to anyone. The "carnitas", which I had always believed to be shredded, not chopped, was so hard that it could barely be pierced with a fork, let alone chewed. All of the food was completely lacking in flavor. I bet no real Mexican would ever eat this food. After eating 1.5 out of four tacos and a few bites of bland rice and beans, I gave up on this $17 plate. That being said, the staff was friendly, so no marks against them. But it was absolutely the most tasteless excuse for Mexican food I have ever had. I think the recipe for carnitas is 2lbs pork loin, 1/8 tsp salt, cook till well done, then cook 30 minutes more.
