The staff just stood around the bread sticks were overcooked pizza was overcooked, I had to ask for plates and condiments, this change to full service is stupid and employer mandate charge is ridiculous, as much as we pay we should get the food and service that earns it. Edit 2/5/24: came in today and they are doing this new "full service" thing. Have to be seated, they take your order at the table, bring you your drink, but you still get to get your own salad, but my server forgot to bring me the plate. Had to go ask after sitting for 15 minutes after ordering. I'm not a fan of this, I don't see any valid point whatsoever, and its honestly killing my desire to come back even more than I was already not a huge fan as I describe below. I've been to this location a few times now. The food was great, the salad bar was well stocked and clean, the pizza fantastic. Only food complaint is occasionally the ranch dressing is watered down a lot, maybe because they are running low, but let's be honest, their ranch is one of the draws to Round Table! The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The one complaint I have there is I HATE the industrial look that seems to be so popular these days. Bring back the colorful and fun Roundtable of the 80's and 90's!! It's almost depressing to see all this industrial flat color, tons of grey and browns everywhere I go! Round Table has their brand down, and it seems that their mantra is, 'consistency'. Better than the best frozen pizza and rivaling one of my other favorites (take n' bake, different category), this modern location has it all: An arcade, a lunch special, and the best all around taste and value. It's on the medium-high price-wise, but delivers (😆) on the 'you get what you pay for' ideology.
