We noticed it was very busy today, we came in for dinner. We ordered 2 steak and skewer entrees with the salad bar. When we got to the table we were greeted by an awesome server, Vanessa. Our food did take a little longer than usual, but Vanessa was constantly checking up on us and making sure we were satisfied.Salad bar was great! they have churros on the dessert bar and they were tasty and when our food did come out it was cooked just how we like it. I came in last night, Téa was a very good server. She made sure my food came out perfect!!! We have come in to this Sizzler many times, but this was by far our best experience. The food was amazing, the salad bar was always full. We will definitely be back and recommend any new comers! Up until maybe a month ago this was one of my favorite places to go. Since Ricardo is no longer the manager here things are sliding. I’m pretty sure there’s no one on the planet more welcoming than Ricardo Chacón. It was obvious that he cared about his staff, and I often witnessed him, rolling up his sweet sleeves to help them. now the salad bar isn’t as clean or a stocked. The food coming out of the kitchen isn’t as good so it’s kind of longshot as to what kind of quality you’ll get in terms of food, quality and service. I’m a frequent enough diner that I know who among the staff does a great job and I simply try to find out who is serving and where their station is so that I can get the kind of service that I desire. Steak and lobster is always delicious and always consistently cooked. Server, Tia very attentive, checked back periodically and was helpful. Good music and just the right volume. After spending almost $36 on the upgraded steak and lobster meal I asked for Mac and cheese as a side and realized it was KRAFT MAC AND CHEESE. What is worse was I had the calm chowder from the salad bar, it taste literally from the can. How embarrassing.

Our family almost always has a completely enjoyable experience. The food is pretty good, and most of the staff are amazing. Tonight we had Jessica and she was a phenomenal waitress. Our only complaint for this restaurant is that they have no sugar free options when it comes to sweet treats, and the sugar free selection for drinks is limited to diet sodas with caffeine in them.
