I give up. Idk if they're understaffed or what. Last time I put a mobile order in, and it took 20 minutes after me getting there to receive it. Also, I went again yesterday and ordered a venti cold brew with light sweet cream and I asked why it was almost $10 and she said that's just the price. Starbucks coffee is good overall but it's typically too hot for me to drink right when they hand it to me. I had some other shopping to do inside Kroger and didn't get to my coffee, so it had time to cool down quite a bit. When I got home I wanted to "zap* it in the microwave so I wasn't drinking lukewarm coffee.... And to my surprise the cup is practically halfway full! WHAT A RIP OFF! It's like someone took 7 whole sips of my drink already, when they didn't! Smh! For as much as this coffee costs, #Starbucks could at least fill the doggone cup! 😡
