Whom ever made my Medicine Ball tea is Top Tier! I wanted to spruce up the drink and the barista suggested to add peach juice instead of lemonade…OMG this is next level and my new favorite drink!!! The service is terrible. Walked in. Passed someone stocking, never greeted, stood at the register while 3 employees 2 feet away from us were talking about their nails and and clothes and we were NEVER greeted. 6 employees in the store and 2 were making drinks and 1 at the drive thru window. The other 3 completely ignored us as we stood waiting to order. I assume the one with the long purple/black hair stocking items was maybe a shift lead. I hope they weren’t a manager but wouldn’t surprise me. I have never before been completely ignored at a Starbucks. This store needs some serious management. Disgusted by the lack of customer service by the employees of your store. Step it up!! Service: 1
