Coffee is good at this cafe. The energetic staff welcomes visitors all year round. Nice service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Starbucks. As for the Google rating, this place earned 4.

I have stopped at this Starbucks for the last 2 days and I had 3 errors in the 2 orders. I got a Mocha instead of grande Pikes Place on Sunday and this morning I ordered a grande Pikes Place and got a Venti Pikes Place in it stead (and of course they charged me for the Venti not the Grande). I had also ordered a pumpkin bread and they gave me a banana bread. I am not sure what is up with this, but it not what I expect from coffee shop that sells for a premium price. Do leave there without checking your order even though they are rushing you through.

Great atmosphere horrible parking lot set up, very hard to get in and out with Elmore and the congestion but big money spot overall.

Bad experience 2 x in a row. My wife said it tasted like it was "burned" and refused to go back. Other area Starbuck's are fine. This one had poor service, an over worked, under capable window person who had to have our 2 coffee order repeated 3 X. If your bottom line is down in this unit, there's a reason for it. Note: I'll fill in "Decor" because I can't publish without doing so. It was after all, a drive up. So, I'll say the speakers worked and the window opened just fine.
