Yeah, long haired employee completely ignored me. I stood there and said hey for a good 2-3 minutes. All I'm trying to is get some food after working all day and this is the only option. We don't deserve this treatment. I'm petitioning my company to let me fill up elsewhere on this route because I'm not coming here again. Service: 1

The gentleman making my sandwich seemed inconveniened. Plenty of meat okay on chz but was extremely light on sauce when I asked for extra. Its was the Chester's chicken first off lady who took order obviously bad attitude. I waited for strips and livers they never did the livers so it took almost 30 min to get food. Also as nice as I was trying to be older gentlemen with pony tail was just........... I stop here often but the food always good the wait staff needs help

We stood in line for twenty minutes before they even got to us (3rd in line) and then took them 15 minutes to make the sandwich between all of the gossiping they were doing, snacking and chewing with their mouths open, and just standing around. Be sure to speak up loud and clear!! Was asked multiple times what I wanted (turkey, cheese, bacon, lettuce) reiterated again only to have intelligent guys at end of line decide to build it his way because he asked (again) didn’t get his reply. The attitude was appalling, then attempts to suggest just wipe off the mayo? Huge eye roll… thankfully was a pit stop not a place to return to. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are stranded here due to a winter storm. The employees have been great. They let us stay here because we couldn't find hotel rooms available. We were offered water and board games. Buddy (don’t know his name) put time and effort into my sandwich. Out of all the Subways I’ve been to, this guy was the most focused on creating the perfect sandwich. It looked like he was making it for himself with the level of precision involved.
