Sunday May 12, 2023:Pistachio latte got me very excited but the blueberry scone, after taking a few bites, I notice green spects. I showed the lady behind the counter and she referred me to the short guy. He did not know what to say and gave me another one in a bag. He stared at the rest on display puzzled, not sure of what to do. I sat down and looked at the new one, same thing! I went back and his response was no one ever said anything before... I asked for a slice of the crumb cake.
Pistachio latte was the best but a scone that was clearly not freshly baked, or he would have said so, ruined the experience.!!

The worst customer service experience. I was new to the area and just wanted to find good local coffee shop since I like to support local and from the moment I walked in I didn’t like the service and I felt I was being hared to order to quickly and the lady didn’t have patience to explain what the unique drinkers they have and was ready to help the next customer before I even finished my order. I end up ordering something I didn’t like and I will never go or recommend this place if you are not from the area or you are a new customer to them.

Been to Sweetwaters a few times. Always served with a smile. Best egg,cheese and biscuit I ever had. That biscuit was light airy buttery. Pumpkin latte fantastic.

Delightful staff. Bright and clean to enjoy a macaroon. Delicious, wide array of coffees and teas. Yummy chocolate cake. Definitely try the egg/cheese biscuit better than my grandma’s! 💜
Really bad service. Avoid. The staff has a bad attitude; asked us to wait as regular coffee was out, said would give us a call and we sat by the window. After 10m I want back to check at the counter and they said “we placed your order at the pickup area”. No answer when I ask about the “call” - both coffees were cold and they would not remake. Terrible experience! One of the people serving claimed to be the manager. We left…the bagel table next door is so much better and a local business.
This was a really nice little cafe in Natick Center that I happened upon when in the area this morning. There was plenty of free parking before 9am on side streets, and possibly right in front. The barista who rang me up dealt with a challenging situation with a patron in front of me very well, and I wanted to commend her for that (I did not catch her name). A very kind, unhoused woman in front of me, when I was in line again, wanted a tea, but did not have the money to pay for it. The barista was incredibly kind to her, and after conferring with her coworker, dealt with the situation with empathy and tact. It was very, very busy in there this morning, and the two staff behind the counter managed the crowd well and with ease. My matcha tea was great as well :]
There is plenty of room inside to spread out, with great atmosphere.

Not bad. Their coffees and teas are pretty good and so are their sandwiches. What I don’t get is WHY have mobile order if you are NEVER going to have it ready? I’ve done at least 5 mobile orders and not once have I ever had it ready. I purposely put in an order and arrived 10 mins later from the stated time and I hear oh, there’s a mobile order. I don’t get it, it’s empty. Empty. It’s just very frustrating when they offer a service that they can not provide. I just shouldn’t do mobile order.
