Food literally smelled and tasted like vomit. It was disgusting. Only time I have ever brought food back in my life. When I brought my food back inside the store to inform them, the lady just said it's the spicy sauce. I've been going to Taco Bell since 1965 (I'm from So. Calif.) and I have never tasted anything so bad. On top of all of this, the gal forgot me at the counter for about 7 mins. I saw her face when she saw me and realized she had messed up. This 60-year customer has had enough.

Management please allow your staff to rewatch the “how to” videos on the construction of your products on your menu. Maybe break out the scale to help them with the appropriate amount of meat/beans/cheese etc. etc. thank you. Your customers. I know your food is cheap but it doesn’t have to suffer for it.

This is my daughter's favorite Taco Bell. It's new so it clean inside and out. The staff has been friendly each time I've been there and the service was fast. The parking lot can be a bit difficult to maneuver if the drive thru is busy as you have to come back the same way you came in, you drive around the store. Minor problem though. I do like this location. One odd thing I've noticed but my daughter does not agree with is that I think the drinks have a funny taste to them maybe from tap water for the ice?

This place is awful. Twice I have been here where they have little to no ingredients. When you go in to pick up food it takes 5 minutes for anyone to notice anyone has even walked in they are so busy talking in the back. If you order online you won't know until you go to pick up your food they can't make 80% of it and they do not care. Then you have to spend your time calling the 800 number which is the only way to get a refund. I am at ten minutes and counting at this point...

I loved Taco Bell when it first became popular in the 90’s but the lack of poorly prepared food cause me to stop eating it for many years. I often try to watch what I eat, but I have recently been indulging in fast food on occasion. We stopped at this Taco Bell when they first opened and I couldn’t believe how fresh all the food was. The tacos were actually full and not just some soggy tortillas. We don’t live close, but we will travel a distance to go to this particular Taco Bell. You can tell they give a damn on how they prepare the food and they always greet you with a good attitude.

This is the best Taco Bell. I eat at this location 3-5 times a week. The staff are always incredible.Give them all a raise and treat them right because they are the reason this taco bell is awesome. I stopped eating taco bell two years ago because the Lake Murray boulevard location was horrible. It's nice to have a local one again worth going to.
I placed an order fifteen minutes before they closed online, but I didn't know they closed at nine. I showed up at 9:01 PM, and the doors were locked. There was someone taking trash out Who was kind enough to stop in the middle of what they were doing to go get the order. This employee had their hands full, so I told them not to worry about it and I called inside. The sweet lady working the counter brought my food to me at the door, which obviously she didn't have to because they were closed. Also, a disclaimer on the app would be nice, so people know you are about to close when placing an order online 😅 Thanks for the amazing service. Y'all deserve a Grammy, an Emmy, a Tony, and an Oscar and y'all aren't even in showbiz. Keep it up!
Very new and up-to-date establishment with ordering kiosks for efficiency. Clean bathrooms. Orderly and neat dining room area with full condiments. Friendly and courteous staff. The food was delicious. I have no complaints about my Mexican pizza or my bean burrito. My wife ordered the nachos bellgrande and added extra meat but it was a little on the skimpy size proportion.

I’m taking a star off because I’ve tried to get breakfast here twice. First time, they were out of eggs.. second time a very nice lady came over the intercom to tell us she was the only person here and she was waiting on the truck.

Absolutely the best Taco Bell we've been to in a very long time. Hot, fresh, crunchy, delicious! We were in and out of the drive thru in record time. The lady at the window was so much fun to chat with while exchanging money and getting our food. Definitely go during the day when adults are working who care about quality customer service.
