The Taco Bell chain has always been pretty standard in service and quality. It’s fast food and you know what to expect when you walk in. But not this dump! Food was cold and less than would be expected. Service and atmosphere were both a fail. Had this been my first experience with Taco Bell it’s safe to say I would never try another one.

I ordered a small portion of food and it took 20 minutes to get when no one was there. The bathrooms look like nobody has cleaned it in weeks with toilet paper and piss everywhere, when i got my order they forgot my slushy and gave me the wrong size and when i said something he refused to say anything then another coworker offered to help me. Outstanding! In every aspect! What best stands out for me is this: Very quick time from the moment I ordered until my food was prepared and ready. In total. It took 3.70 minutes. My order was complete, correct, hot and delicious. What a fine team! Awesome Customer Service In The Midst Of A Jam Packed Lunch Hour Crunch! You folks are outstanding and ultra impressive! You can be proud of your fine efforts! Thank You!!! I will be a regular customer from this day forward. I strongly recommend that everybody that has the opportunity to visit this establishment.
