I didn’t think it was possible to have gluten free bread that was light and fluffy and didn’t taste like cardboard. Everything I’ve had has been fantastic! The sourdough and focaccia are amazing and free really well. Those toffee chocolate chip cookies are out of this world delicious! Matt is so talented! There is nothing accidental about how AMAZING this bread is! My husband ordered the sourdough, focaccia, English muffins, and banana bread. All was delicious. My personal favorite was the focaccia. It had a golden dimpled crust with the perfect amount of rosemary and salt the middle was moist and soft. So incredibly delicious. Service Take out Food: 5

As someone who’s been gluten free for 15+ years I can easily say that The Accidental Baker is the BEST gluten free baked goods I’ve ever had. From the cookies, to the bagels to the cheddar biscuits-everything is absolutely divine!!! For my friends and family that are not gluten free-they have NEVER noticed a difference!! SO GOOD!!!!
