The Vault was a great choice for a pretty fancy dinner in Houlton. The space is lovely. The food was good, and the service was decent. Really nice dining experience at The Vault. Nice ambience they have going on there. Started with the spinach bacon artichoke dip and carnitas street tacos. Both really solid appetizers. I ordered the dry aged ribeye for an entrée with some fries and salad with honey lime viniagrette dressing. I ate the entire 14oz steak. Was cooked perfectly, unbelievably tender. Well worth the price. Finished with some churros for dessert, and my fiance got the salted caramel cheese cake. I'd put money that this is the best dining experience in the area by a long shot.
