02/08/23: I’m so excited that Tiff’s Treats has opened in my neck of the woods. Ashley assisted me with my walk in order. I got a dozen cookies, a chocolate brownie, and peanut butter brownie. Yum!!! She was nice, friendly, and professional. Their cookies are SO GOOD!!!!

I visited the Mesquite TX location on Saturday evening 08/26/2023, the service was not good at all. They were preparing to close as we walked in. All the cookies were just sitting out on a tray on the side of the cashier not closed and covered in the case and they still sold them to us full price. They tasted disgusting, probably because they were sitting out uncovered (worse cookies and service I have ever had at a tiffs treats). Than I asked the lady for a brownie, they had them but she was like “we don’t have any out now”, I didn’t make any of this a big deal there but if she had given me the option to wait for them to grab me a brownie I would’ve waited. I went in with an open mind because I know we came in 20 mins before closing; however, I was highly disappointed and again this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a tiff treats. At least keep the cookies in the covered case until closing, don’t have them sitting out uncovered where bugs or even if someone come in sneezing, that to me was a health hazard and I should’ve walked out but wanted to get my kiddos and hubby a treat as we were celebrating with my hubby before he moves away to take care of his mom. I am only giving this a 2 because I actually love tiffs treats but not impressed with this location.

We have had cookies delivered from the Casa Linda and the new Mesquite location on Town East. The cookies arrive warm and delicious. I got the mini cupcakes which were very good. I especially enjoyed the all chocolate cupcake. They have a wide variety of cookies to choose from. Also offered are drinks, brownies, frostings and truffles. They have Bluebell ice cream. You choose a delivery time and it is delivered on time. They have boxes and balloons for special occasions. I highly recommend them!

I made a mistake on an order I sent to someone for her birthday. Customer service from the store when I called was phenomenal!! Driver was awesome!! This store rocks!!

Ordered several different cookies and they were all amazing. Customer service was awesome too. Definitely will be my weekly cheat dessert place. Hope they remain as awesome as they are now.

Typical expectation in Mesquite. The cookie case was half emptied and some spots empty. I wanted peanut butter cookies and they said the wait would be 15-20 mins. I leave and come back and still no cookies. Brand new spot, you’d think to stay stocked, but as expected in Mesquite, where nothing is usually good.
