We'd been wanting to go here for a long time and finally made it out. This place is amazing. It has a nice cozy vibe and you're hit with a warm, lovely aroma or baking pizza as soon as you walk in! We got the Green Monster and The Shirley and both were absolutely fantastic. They have good beers on tap too. The dough is light, airy and delicious and doesn't sit in your stomach like a rock. Everything about the food is spot on. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am thoroughly impressed by the Richmond Timber Pizza crew! Kevin made our event extra special. His attention to detail, communication, and availability was above stellar! And the food…. Absolutely delicious! Kevin, I think you now have 80 regular customers. So delish. Kudos to the event waitstaff, too! Great people, good hearts. Thank you for making our celebration extra special. Timber Pizza Co. catered our wedding on January 13, 2024 and they were EXCEPTIONAL! Kevin made sure we had everything we needed and the food was the talk of the night. Communication was always open and easy from the first email requesting taste testing up through our wedding night. They took care of any of our guests dietary restrictions (even celiac) I can’t recommend them enough! Thin-crust pizzas that are some of the best in DC! I would highly recommend the Lot, a pineapple pizza with chorizo and their delicious pineapple chups, which is similar to a pineapple chutney sauce. I also enjoyed their pulled pork empanadas and note that one can't mix and match flavors. They are all very affordable and each pizza can easily fill one person, but it might also be good to share 1 pizza per 2 people.
