Ik had geen zin om te koken en ook geen zin in een pre-fab maaltijd van AH. Hier kan je een maaltijd krijgen zonder E-nummers en andere artificial toevoegingen. Daar hou ik van. On our first tour trough north of Holland we looked for a place to have lunch with vegan options and we made the best of the choices, delicious food, super friendly and generous people. Really nice and cozy place! Amazing selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, very friendly people! And the food tastes amazing, so much flavour and good quality. I read after that most is organic and/or local, which makes this place even better! Highle reccomend, especially the empanadas and salad choices! Looking forward to comming back and try the pastries! The Vega take away was very cozy, nice food and above all a fantastic host/owner who was not only friendly but was patient with all our questions. Highly recommend for a clean and healthy food which is quite different than the contemporary food available in the area.
