This is my favorite restaurant on the island!! Each dish is made with love, fresh ingredients and a whoooole lot of talent! I've never had a bad meal here and been about 7x. Stellar, attentive service and an unbeatable ambience. Oh! Definitely save room for the HOMEMADE desserts - exquisite is an understatement! (Recommend the lemon meringue!!!!) No lie this some of the best hospitality that I’ve received on the island. I went for dinner solo and the owner was very personable, she introduced the offerings on the menu superbly. Let me not forget about the food. The olive oil was of impeccable quality and I have eaten chicken all of my life but it has never and I mean never had it melt in my mouth like that. RUN, don’t walk, to Vesna’s today! Vesna is an amazing friend to all who enter and her husband Yannick cooks up a storm in the kitchen. My latest favorite is the pistachio tiramisu but also try the duck, raviolis, curry shrimp and any of the fish specials. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had the best conch curry in my life at the Vesna Taverna - simply loaded with tender conch! Sally the maitre d’, made my wife and I feel like family. Prices are reasonable, and they’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We’ll be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Vesna Taverna is well-established institution in Sint Maarten. The owners are dedicated to a flawless treatment of their guests, and I must say that they are very successful in achieving this goal. In the heart of Simpson Bay, this elegant restaurant is the perfect place to visit. Not only does it have a wide variety of menu options, the service is simply immaculate. The owner made sure that my family was situated and that our food was delectable. She treated us as if we were family, and our night our simply amazing. We decided to come to Vesna's on the third day of our stay at St. Maarten and let me tell you, it was amazing. I personally got the Penne Seafood Pasta, and it was creamy, rich, and tasteful. I would give it a 10/10 and would 100% eat it again. This was followed by Cheesecake, Tiramisu, and Lemon meringue. Each of these deserts were delicious! Not to mention, the amazing service that we received. They came by every chance they could to make sure we had all the bread we needed, our waters were full, and that we were having a good time. Food was delicious! Staff and owner were very friendly and hospitable. We got the Greek salad, crab cake and the shrimp and clams pasta with truffle sauce which was one of the specials. We loved everything we tried! They offered us free shots of their home made rum banana and cinnamon drink which was both strong and delicious! Definitely a go to spot if you are in the area!
