I just ordered a #25 “ honey butter chicken biscuit” with hash browns and a small 12 oz coffee! Man this place is horrible, coffee is watery, honey butter biscuit is cold and dry, hash browns cold as well, no coffee was even made they made it as I was waiting for my food. It’s the am we should have had some coffee made. Worker was on her phone when I arrived with same gloves attended me at the register didn’t change them went to the back to handle my food and other customers food as well. So the app doesn't allow you to order a side of scrambled eggs and peppers and that's what I wanted. Well, I called and ordered just that, and Micelle Mosley took my order and was absolutely amazing. I know they are always busy during breakfast time, but she still took my order over the phone. I was grateful. Thank you! I love Whataburger. I go every time I'm in Texas and it's always a good experience. Always has been great until this location. The food was the same greasy goodness that it always is, but the service at this location is just miserable. One of my items was forgotten, nobody is walking around with the tray of dips and things, and when I wanted to get one small container of ranch the rude manager tries to force the cashier to charge me for it. I've been to Whataburger so many times and have never paid for the ranch. It wouldn't have been anywhere near as annoying if the manager wasn't so rude about it. You already forgot an item, didn't deliver the food despite there being 5+ employees sitting around behind the counter and now you're going to double down on charging me for ranch? Right. Luckily there's a billion Whataburger locations. I recommend everyone use a different one until there's a serious change at this one. The service here is terrible. Had a buy one get one free coupon for a taquito. Was in the drive thru. The fine print on the coupon “online only”. Instead of honoring the coupon, the manager told me he wouldn’t let it slide. This is why people just go to Chick Fil A instead of dealing with rude customer service like this. I won’t be back. In the past I quit coming to this Whataburger during the 1am to 4am time frame. It would take 45 minutes sometimes to get order, that was ordered on app. I have started in the last 2 weeks trying again and the overnight crew is great and they always have my order correct and fast.
