The food is terrible (if they even end up delivering sometimes they do sometimes they don't 🤷‍♂️) I ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes ago. Still no food, no way to get through to anyone (phone is just a busy signal) and it's a Monday night.. this place is terrible I cannot even get a refund. I ordered through their delivery service. It's usually a long wait anyway but way worse lately. Let me tell you this business wouldn't stay afloat in the Boston area for a month. The service is horrible! Chinese food used to be a cheap way to get decent food fast. This place offers old food, slow service or no service, and it's overpriced. STAY CLEAR! TRIED TO SUPPORT MY FAVORITE LOCAL BUSINESS. TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AND REFUSED FUTURE SERVICE. This used to be my favorite place to order Chinese food. I always ordered delivery and never had any issues. The food is excellent. However, last time I ordered my food never came. I waited in the lobby of my apartment for over two hours, watching my phone and the door for any sign of delivery. When I called Wok n Roll to resolve this issue, I was met with an extremely rude woman on the phone. She claimed that they called numerous times, and that I did not answer. However I have 0 missed calls in my call log, and have had no problem receiving their calls previously. I asked the woman to clarify which number she called. She refused, and told me all service would be denied to me in the future. I was very confused and upset, as I did not do anything wrong. I am now on the Do not Deliver list because they called the wrong number. Will not be bringing my business back here, and I suggest that others do not if they wish to be treated with any morsel of dignity or respect. Service Delivery Food: 5 Service: 1

The ordering online is absolutely not worth the stress. Its a challenge to speak to a human when I call. I always have to mentally prepare before calling Wok n Roll because I know it might take 20-30 attempts before I get an answer, for them to put me on hold. This Chinese place never let's me down! They're the only place where you can order online and make substitutions every other place you have to actually call, very convenient for me as I don't like talking on the phone lol. Over all I'm happy every time I order. The food is fine but service is AWFUL. It used to be great. You could order by phone or online and it’d be ready when you got there. Now, we’re told 30 minutes, get there (at 30 minutes) and wait ANOTHER 30 minutes! All the while, people come in after our arrival, order at that point, yet get their food before we get ours. As I said, the food is fine but not worth the poor service. There’s another place just down the road with equally good food and better service, we will just go there from now on! We had takeout dinner here the other night and everything was phenomenal. Portion sizes were huge and prices were great! Not to mention everyone working here was so nice, in particular one girl named Taneale- she was SO helpful, SO kind and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was awesome. Just moved into town and I think I found my favorite Chinese cuisine spot for delivery! The food is great, and that a given, but let's talk about portions!! I'm a big dude and their food has lasted me for more than one day! Now keep in mind if you are getting delivery their phone line is hard to get through because they are so busy but keep on calling. There is a consistency , in the customer service, warm voice over the phone, continuous hot and delicious dishes, and the large portions for great prices.
