Yonas is pretty near Tromso Public library and City Archives. Many visitors come here to try nicely cooked taco pizza. Good beer is waiting for you at this restaurant. Clients don't like che at Yonas. The cozy atmosphere of this place allows customers to relax after a hard working day. A lot of reviewers have noticed that the staff is friendly here. Entered the restaurant at 9.15PM. Said they closed and only have take away option available. Asked them at what time they close he responded at 10PM whereas on google it was mentioned 11PM. Asked him again to be seated he said No in a rude way. I don’t understand these people. So went to la Famiglia instead which is much nicer from inside and has a nice bar too! Pizza was good! Service was little bit unprofessional, example coca cola concentrate was empty but they still gave us the nearly water looking / tasting cokes. Of course we got new drinks when asked but they should not offer that at all.. Waiting time from order to recieve pizzas was about 30minutes. I took small size Pizza Pepperoni, taste was good! Great pizza place in Tromso town. Wide selection of pizza to choose from. We tried their artic pizza with salmon & shrimps, and stock fish pizza. The medium size 269kr is just enough for 2 person. You can mix 2 pizza flavours selection for additional 10kr here. Self service restaurant as you order from the counter, tell them the table number and wait for the pizza to served at your table. Yonas! Will always be special & close to my heart! Such a warm/cosy place. Food over here never disappoints. The cashier/ one who takes the order is so calm & relaxed while taking an order. Many vegetarian options. We had veg pizza & customised baked nachos with coke! We ordered the Skansen pizza 🍕 it was more chilli sauce than bbq. The wife struggled, but we both liked it and washed it down with a couple of beers 🍻. The pizza outlet in question is often deemed overrated, and I find it could easily be surpassed. I don't recommend it, and I'm perplexed by people voting it as the best pizza. The waiting time is 45 minutes, and the crust tastes like bread. Personally, I would suggest opting for Pizza Hut instead. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Very nice place. People were pleasant and helpful. Pizza is, unfortunately, thick crust but pretty tasty. We had a small Texas pizza, very good, plenty for two people and the jalapenos didn't overwhem the flavor, gave it just a little kick. The garlic sauce wasn't that great, more like mayo with a little garlic flavor. They did accidentally make the wrong pizza first, a pepperoni (with pineapple) but gave it to us to snack on while they finished cooking ours. All I can say is pineapple on pizza is not as bad as I thought but I wouldn't order it myself Bill for small pizza, extra cheese, 2 cokes and a side of garlic sauce was ~$22 USD. This place was rubbish. You have to stand in a stupidly slow moving queue while the cashier happily chats with randoms. Instead of placing an order with a waiter or other method. We ordered X + Y, and received X + Z, so we ended up having to go back to the cashier, order another pizza, got zero compensation, and finally after another 20 minutes got the correct pizza. Want another drink? You go back in the queue. The small (20cm) size is quite nice, but It seems to be more crust than anything. Pan fried pizzas perhaps? Very thick, and somewhat dry. The menu was also outdated - we were happily anticipating dessert, but were told the menu on the wall was "old", and they no longer serve dessert. Would have been nice to know earlier.
