My new favorite pizza 🍕 place. Thin crust pizza, delicious red sauce, fresh cheese, tasty toppings and friendly service. I ordered the mini which was a mistake because I could have eaten five. Marinara pasta, delicious. Couldn’t tell you about the cheesesteak pizza because it didn’t have any cheesesteak. Instead of calling or emailing to say that they were out of cheesesteak and would I like something else or even saying a substitution had been made, I was handed the pizza box and told they didn’t have any cheesesteak - sorry! my gluten free pizza was extremely undercooked. would’ve been considered raw if the employee didn’t tell me it’s precooked crust. the underside was completely white and the edges were black. she informed me that the middle actually get the hottest so this isn’t possible. she refused any sort of refund or in store credit for another pizza. asked to be contacted by the general manager and it’s been over a month and no call. I have had gluten free pizza here before that was great. But for a small $13+ pizza a call would be nice. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

GREAT PIZZA, and the Nat's Chicken Bake was freaking AMAZING! All made as we ordered it, and it came out really fast for what it was! Outstanding selection of beverages, too. Had sports on TVs, no sound (so I could hang with my son, and it wasn't too loud, so we could talk, laugh, and hang. I'll be back to do a speaking gig at Unity of Flagstaff on 2/4/24, so I'll be back that weekend for sure! Food is amazing! My pizza was great and my husbands everything pasta was bomb! Their customer service is even better! We ordered online and our Uber eats delivery driver delivered it to the wrong hotel. We couldn’t get it resolved with Uber eats but we called Your Pie and put an order in for pickup, when my husband went in to pickup our order the worker remembered me calling and what happened and took care of us really well! Thanks so much for turning our night around! We really appreciate it! Menu online vs actual website doesn't match. Weird layout We're used to entering and going to the bar to order. Here you have to order before you get seated or create a tab. Gave them a 2 for service since they kinda ignored us the whole time. Other than that it was ok. Better than most chain places. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Pleasantly filling! I got the 7” Lil Pie, topped with 3 different cheeses & more veggies than they could count; wheat dough. It was exactly the right amount crispy & melted. But what really made the difference for me? Gelato. Which I really did not see coming… Much less, cinnamon gelato! I started eating it before the pizza!! Long wooden tables for a big gang of peeps. Nice looking place. However the service lacks a little. I came in to pick up my pizza. Just then it was pulled from the oven. At that moment I didn't know that was my pizza, but it sat on the counter for at least 5 minutes before it was boxed and cut. Then it sat for another 5 minutes while some other pizzas were pulled from the oven cut and boxed immediately. Well my pizza was cold. I was staying in a hotel and had no way to heat it up. Pizza was okay, but service and management was terrible. Fountain machine was not working, so wanted something to drink with a salad for a combo price I was told that wouldn't be possible. No offer of a discount or an alternative (ice machine and tea dispenser was working) was made. When bill was rung up, overcharged the salad by $.50. Menu said $3.45 and was charged $3.95. The manager said there was nothing that she could do because the price was in the computer. Also, she claimed that she was the manager but she was also an employee. Guess what young lady, unless you own the business, YOU are an employee. So basically, the owner gives no power to the manager to be able to rectify wrongs to be able to reasonably satisfy a customer when there are problems. Not a customer friendly place. This was my first AND last time ever eating here. I would strongly suggest that you avoid this establishment as well. This is a good option for pizza with picky eaters as everyone can have their own. The pizzas were good, pictured is the hot honey pepperoni. I like that they have califlower crust. They have draft beer and wines also. You have to wait in line kinda like Chipotle you tell them how you want it and they put it together for you. (Or subway) it comes out pretty fast.
