We were the first ones in this restaurant this morning. I am pointing that out for a few reasons that will be obvious shortly. Upon entering the foyer was clean and well maintained. We placed our order to friendly staff. Our food was fine. The order was correct. However, the issues were made known before our exit. It was obvious the restrooms had not been cleaned. The toilets were dirty. There was not any toilet paper in one of the female stalls. Also, mamas beware, I didn’t see any high chairs nor was there a changing station in the restrooms. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

It was me and my family’s first time at this location. Me and my husband have two little kids as we walked in we waited at the cash register for about 10 mins to be waited on. Nobody was in front of us everyone just ignored us behind the register. Then finally the little blonde hair worker came to the register with a bad attitude! Didn’t say hello or anything I guess we interrupted her as she was vacuuming the rug as we were coming in. She took our order after that finally. because you know cleaning the rug is way more important then waiting on or greeting the customers. Anyways after that me and my family sat down after we could find a somewhat clean table! They were all nasty. And in order to get napkins you had to walk in a big puddle of water! We got our drink cups and as I was getting our drinks the same girl that waited on us came over to me and started Vacuuming the rug as I was getting drinks and HIT my foot with the vacuum! Pretty much telling me to get out of her way! So I had to move so she could vacuum the rug by the drink area. Then we finally got our food it was all thrown on two plates we spend about 50 dollers there on a family meal didn’t get any plates or sauce had to go back up there to get more and walk through a puddle of water well stand in it to get ketchup and napkins that were all sticky. Our chicken strips were just full of Grease when you broke them in half grease just poured out of them. Needless to say me and my whole family got sick after eating there. Then me and my daughter go to the restroom after we were done. The restroom was dirty no toilet paper in one of the stalls. Needless to say we will never go back to this location you all need to do BETTER! and you need to teach your workers how to treat people and not run them over with vacuums and such I was so disappointed when I left and there is no excuse for the behavior or the way the place looked! It was not even that busy when we went in there! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to this establishment and the cashier did not get the first part of our order so then we had to go back and repeat everything. The cashier got mad after they had to repeat everything then went firmly huffed your order is $38 and didn’t let us check to see if they got the right food. We say okay that was rude. We pull up to the window and they mess up our drinks. We say they gave us too many and they ask us to move forward. We go forward and wait then we put food gets brought out a teenage guy says to my mom that she should treat the staff with more respect. Like it wasn’t her who messed up the order or was rude to a paying customer. We then ask for the manager and his name and he goes running inside. We then take the food back inside because they were rude and disrespectful when they were in the wrong. Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Decided to give zaxbys another try. Danville location. French fries thrown all on top of coleslaw. Fries that weren’t are luke warm, toast black, tenders kinda firm like they were cooked awhile ago not to mention they were all about 2.5 inches long. $25 bucks for 2 meals and a kid tender. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

DISGUSTING. I understand things will happen in food service, but to have hair in food. And to top it off not even the right order, no sauce and asked for a kids meal and the lady says "yeah we ran out of kids cups so we gave you a bigger size HALF FULL". LIKE WTH. Exactly what we asked for on a beautiful sunday morning. Do better. And the hair is black I have blonde, def not mine. Not happy this AM.

Salad was nasty. Water all over the floor from busted pipes. Vacuuming up that water while people trying to eat. No caution signs up because of the water, dangerous if someone falls. Lawsuit!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It took forever to get our food tonight and when I did get it, the order was wrong. Poor attitude by the employees. No one seemed to care. Several orders wrong while I waited. No ketchup with the fries. The drink area was nasty with trash and spilled drinks and the ice was overflowing the machine. It seemed that there were no adults working. The last time we ate there I got a cob salad. There was no egg, bacon or cheese in the salad.

I’ve eaten here quite a bit over the last few years and the last several times I went, the chicken has been freezer burnt with an odd texture. I thought it was just a bad batch but it’s been like this on multiple occasions now. I can’t help but speculate the possibility of them serving old chicken because I recall feeling sick after eating them one time.
