The food has always been excellent & I haven't tried any soup I didn't like. The only thing they could improve is listing when their special soups like the Over Stuffed Green Pepper is offered. Found this place on the road trip. What a surprise! Any soup they have - no brainer choice. So delicious and tasty, fresh and warm. Nothing is better than these soups for a winter road trip. Chicken Pot Pie soup was delicious comfort food; not too salty either like many soup-specialty places are. Friendly service. Great cookie! Tired and worn seating areas need a refresh. I gravitate towards soup and sandwiches when I don't feel well. I can get pretty sassy when I don't feel well. The staff at Soup were patient and listened to my complaints. I misunderstood the menu on the Uber Eats App. I thought I was missing an item. I panicked and was rude. The woman I spoke with on the phone was calm and friendly. The reason I'm going only 3 stars is because this was my first and probably last time I'm going to order here. I am staying at an Airbnb to catch a flight. It was extremely disappointing to see the macaroni I had ordered was only half full. Nothing can be done about it because it isn't worth paying the Uber to get this fixed. I have to order more food now, bit from somewhere else. It is what it is. The woman owned up to the mistake. I respect that. She was very calm and polite even though I wasn't. We ordered two X-Large soups to go. Thought the soup was ok. The issue was the price. $42 plus. Couldn’t get our heads around the value part. Soup wasn’t bad but wasn’t special. Too expensive. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50
