Food, music, service ALL were incredible. Best omelet of my life. Allowed me to switch things out however I wanted. My partners salad had some of the best charred steak I've ever had. Music was super enjoyable for the atmosphere. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Can't recommend Anamias enough! I was immediately impressed with the bright, modern dining room. It was a pleasant departure from the usual Mexican restaurant theme. The menu was full of unique dishes that left me wishing I could order three dishes to try for myself. The service was friendly and prompt. We didn't wait very long for our meals. I really liked the modern cultural music that was played throughout our visit. The brisket they serve is succulent. The brisket quesadilla is a great choice. Food was fantastic! Hot sauce was a little hot, just as I like it. I had the carne asada street tacos. Plenty of great-tasting meat, the bean soup was awesome. My brother had spinach and chicken (all in one) enchiladas and loved them. The service was really good. Will make this our McKinney meeting place from now on. As you can see guacamole was very good (we got mild spicy), they will bring the cart and make it in front of the customer. I got grilled tilapia taco (for me it has no flavor), even though I do not eat spicy food but I have had much better tacos in other Tex Mex around DFW. This was quite bland for me, black-beans had no taste. Their service is pretty good and fast. We sat on the outside patios. It's pretty clean and well managed but they should put some fly catcher machines or something for the summer. It was a very bad situation with flies. Great patio and amazing staff. I was disappointed in the food. The dishes were presented very nice but lacked flavor. There was no seasoning at all on my salmon, mixed vegetables or the rice. I never use salt but had to in order to bring some life to my dish, but that just was not enough, not even squeezing a lime over the dish. The mixed drinks again were pretty but lacked flavor.

Decent food, I would say maybe a little to pricey for the quality. For the Shrimp Fajitas I liked the veggies, but I was disappointed in finding only 5 shrimps. The red salsa had huge pieces of tomato with hard skin on, never saw this before. The rest was ok, I added an extra star for Diego who was very nice and took care of us.
