You will enjoy its food, especially nicely cooked chicken wings, ribs and salads. A collection of good margaritas or delicious bourbon is recommended to visitors. Had the worst service ever! I ordered Chicken and Shrimp asked for no mushrooms still came out with mushrooms. I also ordered a side order of Mac n cheese and got a whole order of Mac n cheese with chicken on top of it. It was not what I ordered. Lady wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. When it came for our checks to come she stood there and waited for us to sign our checks. I work in the food industry as us servers you do not do that it’s rude as hell. Definitely not going back to Applebees Service: 1

Worst steak I have ever had at an Applebee's!!!! 24.99 for a 12oz steak which was full of Fat and not tender 😞 NOT RETURNING! Server was AWESOME. Thanks TuTu Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The service seemed slow initially, but it was kind of busy so that was understandable. The final straw was when I discovered there was a dead winged bug in my cup that I had been drinking from. Disgusting. By the time, the food came out, my appetite was pretty much gone. Outside of the server who was trying, the service was not good. In a situation like that, good customer service would have been the manager coming up to actually talk to us. Won't be coming back. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Wow Applebees in Florissant mo u out did yourself tonight! Look how small portion these poor chicken tenders are!! This is an adult meal not a kids meal!!!! Potato’s were hard.. and cold! I ordered the three cheese penne.. pasta sauce looked like soup…tasted horrible! Server took forever to refill drinks. What I mean is she never asked us for refills untill we were done with our meals. Most of the time she was MIA…I don’t tip because I have too! I tip based on ur work ethic and food quality. Guess who isn’t getting that fat tip! Since she went MIA again we left the money on the table for our order. Then got accused of not paying… as she chased in the parking lot..it was would help if you cleaned off the table before accusing someone of stealing! Nice place to enjoy a meal. We did not have to wait to be seated. Our server was prompt with our menus and our drinks. We were able to place our order rather quickly Our meal took a bit longer than expected. However, the food was very good. Parking is free, and there are plenty of spaces. The restroom was very clean. Our service here was not great at all!!!! After being seated, we had to wait 30 min just for someone to come to our table to ask as if we wanted some water!!! Our "waiter" then tried to explain that we were in a spot that is not on the chart in the back so no one ever knows what waiter is going to take the table we sit in. We were constantly being overlooked. The ONLY reason why we kept our cool is because the waiter seemed to be the same age as my daughter...but I don't think I'm coming back to this location. Went in early Saturday.. the server did his best, but I think he may have been new. So not fault of his own. It turned hectic fast because it got busy. 4 hosts standing around talking doing nothing productive, like help our server.. he was helping every one else! The manager had walked up to the host stand and flirted with them for a few minutes then was never seen again. We also kept smelling something AWFUL. Honestly the smell triggered all the mistakes.. like made us not even wanna be there. Something in that restaurant was rancid or rotting. It was disgusting.. Ashley B. was our waitress and she was great. They were short handed, but she kept running around and the service was wonderful. The food was so good. I had the grilled chicken salad and iced tea. My husband had the grilled chicken and a Caesar salad. Also with iced tea. The food was delicious and the service was great! Amazing service! Our server T was fantastic. They were busy and were still patient with us. The food was incredible, the timing on the order was fantastic. Everyone and everything was superb! Great New Year's Eve outing! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

The waitress was great but my boneless were nasty because it was drowned in garlic sauce, my ribs plate was dirty and my fries were just thrown on top like here, my drink tasted like a slushy, my mac and cheese had no bacon, and our appetizers were hotter than our actual food. The only good thing was the service because I am not eating food off a dirty plate and I thought my fries would've at least came in a basket. Honestly a waste of $80.
