Cooks at this bar do their best to provide visitors with good prawns, sirloins and chicken fingers. Many guests say that waiters offer perfectly cooked brownies here. You will be offered good beer. Great lemonade is worth a try here. Applebee's offers food delivery for the convenience of its clients. The competent staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Most people mention that the service is enjoyable. From the guests' point of view, prices are affordable. The quiet atmosphere has been noted by the clients. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I love coming to the Bethlehem location, so I imagined I would've loved the Lawrenceville location. A few employees there are actually worth the polyester threads the t-shirts are made from. However, I witnessed watching other guests waiting at the door to be greeted while you have servers sitting down at high-top tables by the bar, where customers can clearly see they are being ignored. I have personally only ever sat at the bar for good reason, I have also only ever been in 4 times even though I lived around the area for over a year. I prefer to be welcomed into and enstablishment with a smile. I have also recently come to find out that employees there are expected to let someone physically assault them without defending themselves, or the person who was attacked will also get terminated and banned from the building as per Applebee's upper management. If you are going to come in at any point to the Lawrenceville Applebee's location. I recommend going during the daytime (their night shift starts at 4) and requesting Jay or Tay and making sure that their GM Amber is there. Those three ladies are the only reason I am not completely boycotting the brand, Jay and Tay are phenomenal at what they do, and Amber actually instills proper management ideals and Protocols and they are the only reasons I've ranked food and service so high. My experience was horrible 😞. My food wasn't ready even after I did it online. When I arrived there I tried to use the app to let them know that I was outside but, the app didn't work. So, I called to let them know that I was outside and I still had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. Which never came, so I had to go inside and when I went inside my lord..... just when I thought it couldn't get no worse it did.... As, I was still waiting on my food ( keep in mind I order my food online) the employees in the kitchen was touching everything with no gloves on. Fixing people food with no gloves on, they were touching their face, mouth hair any and everything while they were fixing people food. I brought it to the manager attention and he was just as dumbfounded as I was. I was still waiting for my food all of this time. Just don't go here, it was awful first and last time. It's going to be a -0 for me...

So angry! My waitress was slow and weird. Food awful. My salads was just two side salads and they ran out of cheese and overloaded the salads with croutons. I didn't want the salads without cheese. Didn't bother to tell me know just brought them out. My broccoli was raw but warm when it came out so I sent it back. Both steaks were burn on the outside and I request 2 rare steaks. I know it's not the waitress fault but you can see when a steak was burnt. No one gave me a discount or offered anything for free. Her assistance in providing thoughtful feedback on food and drinks made the meal even more enjoyable. I believe her dedication and skills make her an excellent candidate for a promotion to manager. Clean. Plenty of parking. Dine in or take out. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup however, most times be prepared to wait. They are usually slow at this location. Side door available for delivery services to enter to pickup orders. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We had a Great lunch experience today. The bartender was kind, sweet and served us at our booth. I ordered the riblet platter. The french fries were fresh and hot. The riblets were tender, hot, fresh and delicious. We were served fast and efficient even during lunch rush hour. We will be back to Applebee's Lawrenceville especially because of our sweet server and good food.. They are celebrating and remembering veterans here for Veterans Day. Thank you Applebee's for doing that. Stopped in for late lunch, about 1330. We greeted and seated right away. Server was right there and helped by pointing out a special we missed. Pasta and Chicken fingers, Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp, Prime Dip sandwich. Food there pretty quick and was great. It was not very busy, but service around the whole restaurant was slow, people were getting up and asking for this and that, looking for the servers. Seemed very odd because it was not to busy. To preface, the food was about as good as I expected it to be since last eating at an Applebee's over a decade ago. I got the 2 for $22 special with the person I went with, and we both settled on the 4 Cheese Mac + Cheese with honey pepper chicken. For the appetizer, we had the spinach and artichoke dip, which was probably my second favorite thing after the French onion soup we got to share while we waited. While the honey pepper chicken was good, the Mac + cheese resembled more of a liquid-y pasta more than anything else, and at two specific moments, when I took a bite, there was an irrefutable taste of dishwater, which was less than pleasant. The same wasn't true for my companion, but they did have an issue that they brought up to our waitress at the end of the night, and that's where their customer service really shined. From the beginning of the night, our waitress was friendly, funny, and really seemed to care about us. We were one of very few people there but she handled everyone very well. Coupled along with the manager being a beam of positivity and exceptional customer service, it really made the food more worth it. To end off the night, we had a blue ribbon brownie. One of my favorite desserts that I hadn't had in a very long time, which I remember eating a lot with my sister. It has a lot of nostalgia for me, and it was nice to see that it didn't change, and is a perfect portion for two people. Would I come here again? Yes, probably. I don't know if I'd get the "Mac + cheese" honey pepper chicken again, but I'm definitely willing to try other things with the help of the wonderful staff there!
