We were there March 6, 2024 for dinner. Our waitress Jamie L. was fabulous! Very attentive, we did not have to wait or ask for anything. Thanks Jamie L. The service being excellent, i gave a 3 star because the food this time was very bland. The chicken was good but the potatoes were dry. Not normal for this restaurant. It was stuffy in there this time like no air flow. But overall with the excellent service we will return. So compared to the locations I would frequently visiting in my home state, this place blows them out of the water. Pros, good service and good food. Conns, staff may need a little more customer service training. A bit dry. Over all a great visit and food was tasty and came out quick. Put in order for appetizer & 2 drinks. We after 40 mins still hadn't received our food. It was Fiesta lime chicken, me broccoli & her fries instead of rice. Spoke with manager, he was kind about situation. I watched others get food that came in afterwards....did waitress forget to put in our order? Hostess did double seat in section....us & another couple....so maybe she got overwhelmed? Willing to try again, but definitely during the daytime. Food was good and we were impressed with our waitress Sadie when we observed her relate to the other customers. She brought an older couple another water upon overhearing them say that their wings were hot, and I think they enjoyed her asking them about their travels.
