just to ask arby"s what kind of fried chicken there using was there for lunch 3 days ago with my brother and ordered the 2 for 7 fried chicken sandwiches and the chicken broke up in tuff strips could even eat it it rip the sandwich apart it was a mess i never had a problem with there food and really the only fast food i eat. so much for that they need to check into that and this is coming from a chef

My visit was comically horrible. We ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich, a Buffalo slider, an arby's double, 2 jamoca shakes, and 2 order of mozz sticks. We were given the Buffalo chicken, arby's double, vanilla shakes, macaroni bites, curly fries, and an unknown slider. After pointing out the errors, they tried to make it right. We did get the mozzarella sticks, one jamoca shake,and another vanilla one, and the slider is still unknown. Definitely not Buffalo. The team WAS very polite. We were told to keep the food errors, and we were given a "make it right" card good for a sandwich of choice at a later date. To add to this insane stop, once home, we discovered the "make it right" card expired on December 31, 2023! With this many errors, you just have to laugh it off at some point. 🤷🏽♀️

French Dip and Fries
On 1/9/2024 @7:25 pm I walked into the establishment there was no other person in the store. I got no type of greeting at all I was meet with awkward stares from the manager an an employee named Anthony. I got my food I had to ask for napkins purchased iced cream I had to ask for a spoon. An my fries where old the sandwiches where great though. It was just poor customer service.

I got the 2 for $7- fish and beef and cheddar. I was shocked how good the fish was - perfect- and the beef and cheddar was equally even when I had it later. I’m so impressed! I’ll go there again.

The girls appeared exhausted. My order was wrong, but I noticed before they were making it, so it got corrected. Glad I checked my order because they forgot to put my last sandwich in the bag. They were Very apologetic so no hard feelings on my part!!! We are all human.

Waited 10 mins in drive thru to get to the ordering screen, I say I’m there for a pick up order, no one responds for like 3-4mins so I repeat myself, I’m told I have to pick up inside, I ask why? And I’m told it’s because they have customers in the drive thru, like bro I am a customer too? One that’s already paid, and I had to walk inside to grab my bag of food that’s already been sitting on a shelf, apparently they can’t give you your order in drive thru, makes no sense

We visited this Arby's location two days in a row to try their new Philly cheesesteak subs and both days, they were sold out. Very disappointing. We had to settle for other menu items, which were good, but not what we wanted. When you're debuting a new menu item, please make sure you make enough to handle the demand.

Curly Fries
Saw the meat mountain on you tube, wasn't sure if what real. Well I can assure you it is and it's here. Staff was friendly and quick. Place was clean.
The mountain was giant. I suggest you try it once in your life. This sandwich which has chicken tenders, turkey, roast beef, bacon and ham will set you back by about 16 dollars and take a year off your life if you finish it, but it's worth it
