I had an amazing experience with the night shift staff and shift manager. The customer service was outstanding and on point, and the food was exactly what I was looking for and fresh. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business I had to make a 5 ⭐ review. The staff is friendly and the food is what you expect from a fast food establishment. But, I'd rate it better than most because of the variety - french dip, sliders, mac & cheese - and even the appearance of the food. Went at a slow time. Only one other person dining. Young lady seemed uninterested in taking my order. After receiving my order it was wrong, but didn’t say anything However, the sauce dispenser was broken and nasty (trash around it). Some of the dining area also appeared unkept. Trash at the table where was going to sit, so I moved to another which also had small amount of trash. I love Arby’s but come on. Clean your store and train your people. How do you have a promotion item meal good burger 2 meal I go to order they are out of sauce for it. They did offer me mayo but the whole point of the good burger is kels secret sauce. Waveland and Bay St Louis NVR keeps fast food stocked.
