Food was good and the service was good, employees were working hard. Just needed to clean the table tops and sweep under them some it was not real clean. DO NOT GO TO ARBY'S IN MILROY. At 5:30 in the evening, when there would typically be a dinner rush, there were only 2 cars in the drive-through and yet we still waited 20 minutes for our food. No apologies given for the wait. Just all around bad experience. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to Arby's yesterday haven't been there in a year due to bad experiences thought give them a try again. Well this time was just as bad. Cashier didn't know anything, they were out of alot of menu items and sauces. My kids meals were cold and the bacon on my wrap was raw and the tomatoes tasted like they been sitting out. Also the soda tasted flat and disgusting. They lost my business.

Just visited the Arby's in Milroy, PA. I will NEVER go back. Awful. The restaurant was dirty. No napkins, all the tables were gross. My feet stuck to the floor. Food was cold. Roast beef was sliced thinker than thick cut bologna. Supposed to be shaved. Buns felt like there were left out all day. Out of all but 3 sodas, bacon, and heard an employee say almost out of buns. Terrible. Employees nearly non-existent and disengaged when forced to serve customer. I feel like we will be lucky we don't get food poisoning.

3-21-22 Picked up two roast beef sandwiches and two orders of curly fries through the drive-thru this evening about 6pm. Got home and unpacked our meals the fries were very dark and tasted like old grease. It's safe to say they were cooked prior and then dropped into the fryer to reheat.The roast beef in our sandwiches was cut much thicker than normal(like lunch meat) and was tough to eat. It was terrible.

This Arby's off of Rt 322 is a common stop for us when we're traveling. The food is always hot and just made, and the customer service is usually top notch when we're there too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst Arby's I've ever been to. Cold fries, no arby sauce!! Horsey sauce served in French fry dish? Condiment bin looks like it got pulled out of a dumpster. Fountain drink syrup so weak you can't tell its soda.. Never again. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Was a great experience. Food was perfect. May have had “meat farts” but it was so great my heart was 112 bpm so you know I loved it. Now currently trying to get home with Jamocha shake in seat.
