Nunca había ido a un restaurante Mexicano con un concepto cómo este, la comida fenomenal y muy auténtica comi un tuna aguachile espectacular y muy bien balanceado, el pulpo sin comparacion alguna, y terminé con un especial de la semana de valentine’s que fue un red snapper deicioso, muy anciosa en regresar para tratar el resto de los platillos. Oh me faltó mencionar el servicio muy agradable y la decoración bellizima , muy acogedora super recomendable. La atención de dueños del sitio, camarero y busboy definitivamente hacen que el sitio sea para mi gusto de los pocos restaurantes en la zona en donde quieres seguir cenando y disfrutando el buen ambiente. Guacamole (smoked) 🤩La torre Sinaloense si provienes de la costa de tu país, créeme que te sentirás más cerca de el al probarla. Regresaría muchas más veces sin duda alguna. Chef Gonzalo Colin! Words are less to describe the amazing hospitality we received by him and his wife. My only regret is that we didn't know about their restaurant sooner. From start to finish, the food and service were exquisite. We enjoyed the sea bass ceviche, the shrimp and fish tacos. They have a thoughtfully curated menu and everything is vibrant and fresh! My tastebuds are singing! This was one of the most memorable meals I have had in a long time, and we felt so looked after the entire time by Gonzalo and Jeanine. We look forward to many more dining experiences here in the future! Also, it is BYOB, and they are working to get their liquor license by the summer of this year.
