I am not a regular bookstore shopper; the size of this store is why I go here for options. Finding a book in the store is frustrating . I had to chase the only worker i could find to get help to search for a type of book. This was lunch time on a saturday. When i mentioned to the worker that it would be great to have a lookup system for nonemployees i was told "I just work here". So much for ideas to help consumers buy more by finding more. I was helped with 1 book on a specific nutritional subject.

A good book store, like this one, is a dangerous place! Drove from Devon to Exton for a specific item, which they did not have, but the rest of the store made up for the disappointment! Clerks were helpful, and displays were enticing, so I picked up several items to give as Christmas gifts. The items were not on my shopping list but were just perfect. Learned two things: Always call ahead and a good book store is a great place to shop for gifts!

I love this store for thoughtful gifts. There is so much value to still being able to browse through the aisles and physically select books. This store also has great events with local schools and other organizations that benefit the community. I hope that Barnes & Noble is around for years to come.

The last of the book stores. B&N drove the little mom n pop book stores out of business, and now they are all closing due to Amazon. But... B&N still has places to read, coffee bars, and authors that come sign books and chat with fans. Had a great time.

I saw online that leashed dogs are allowed in B&N. I called this location to confirm ahead of time and they said my pup was allowed but not in the cafe area (obviously). It was wonderful! Millie absolutely loved it and she loved all the sweet attention she got. One of the employees even had a dog treat to give her. Their book selection is vast. So vast it can be a little overwhelming trying to find a specific book but there's always a helpful employee bopping about somewhere to lead you in the right direction. I'll be back both by myself and with my dog Millie!

I love this Barnes and Noble, such a wide selection of books! They are have a great selection of pop culture toys/collectibles. The Starbucks in here doesn't work with the Starbucks app or takes Starbucks cards but they take the Barnes and Noble rewards card instead. They make great coffee and have a lot of good treats too!

A very nicely located store ok very happening place in town. Getting park near to store is quite moderate challenge , but there are lot of parking spaces available and can always get one. Books selections are good, but the book we were looking was not there though😌. Staffs are very energetic , attentive , warm welcoming. We got a help immediately from staff on searching that tike we were looking though it was crowded on that day. Selections are for wider variety of audience. But I feel like the quantity of selection has changed or reduced. I know the online takes this space but having a local store where you can go and get a paper back or read at the location is always incomparable. Store can be accessible of both front and back. Cafe is available at this location.

If you’re into books this is an amazing place to spend the afternoon. They have a cafe inside serving snacks and coffee/tea. Staff is very friendly and helpful when you’re in need of a hand or direction.
