My wife and I went in there two nights ago at 830 pm. There was a young man and young lady working and as we entered, the girl walked to the back and the boy kept doing his thing. It took some time before the boy acknowledged our presence. I wanted jamoca but he said it was out, I could not see because they had covers over the left side as if they were in a hurry to close on time. This was really disappointing. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On September 29th 2023 around 2:30pm we came for ice cream as a family of five. The guy that helped us was awesome, It is the first time in our lives that the ice cream looked exactly like the pictures. He went above and beyond to serve us quality ice cream… We were really impressed!!! We definitely recommend!!!

We ordered and paid for a 2 scoop sundae and the kid who works there only put in one scoop. We realized it on our way home and it was later so didn't want to turn around and go back. Really crummy deal.

Great place to pick up a tasty treat with the family! I've had nothing but positive experiences here during the last three years of eating at this Baskin-Robbins. Ice cream is always great and we order several custom cakes here every year. No complaints whatsoever! Recommended spot, especially on family scoop nights (Tuesdays).

Arrived at 9:53pm and they stated (3 employees) that they couldn't make shakes at this time. Asked for an Ice Cream Sunday and they refused to make it but they would serve plain Ice Cream in a cup or cone. Makes no sense if a Sunday is in a cup and all I was asking for was to add whipped cream on top.

2017 Been going here since I was a little girl. 5/6/22 It is 9:56p and I honestly love the two crew working. Along with myself, there is a big group and the crew is happy. No complaints, no eye rolling. They have a great attitude.

We love going to Baskin Robbins. The people at this location are so nice and always willing to go the extra mile. I forgot to order my cake so I knew I would have to pick from the case, but one of the employees was finishing up a mermaid cake and offered it to me it was perfect. They have the best customer service they always think about their clients and their needs and if they can make it happen they will and if they can't they are the ones apologizing and will make another suggestion. I would highly recommend this place. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!
