Waiting time was minimal. Food was delicious! Francisco was very professional, fun, entertaining and the food was perfectly cooked! Roger was our server and he was very attentive, professional and courteous. He always checked on us and had a great attitude! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Very bad experience this time. The chef was not experienced at all, and every dish he served tasted the same. He started off with melting his plastic gloves on the stove. Then, we had to point out that it melted and requested him to clean up the platform. If not for us, we would have been served some molten plastic in our food. Even before the chef came, a plastic plate was put on the top of the hot platform, and again, it started melting. The disregard for food safety was appalling. One of the customers who were seated along with us got an insect in his drink. They gave him a discount when he pointed it out. The chef arrived 30 to 40 minutes after we were seated. Chef forgot to serve the vegetables till the very end, and we had to remind him of that too. My previous experiences with benihana have been better. but I am not visiting ever again. Fortunately we had reservations but still had to wait 5 min. Leaving, I saw a long line of people waiting. Our waiter was friendly, but after we got our food it was a long time until we saw him again. The food show was good and the food tasty. It's just pricey. On Saturday, March 2, I went in the afternoon to eat at Benihana hoping to have a pleasant service since I was going because of my birthday to which they had sent me a gift certificate for $30 dlls. We ordered a dish and a sushi, the food did not meet my expectations since the food was very scarce and it lacked a lot of flavor (it was very tasteless) and at the time of asking for the check, they told me that I could not use my gift certificate since my companion had ordered an alcoholic drink, it is worth mentioning that I drank a Pepsi and ordered the Benihana trio dish, how sad that they send gift certificates and look for excuses not to accept them, I paid more than 100 dlls for two people it was a lot of money for the food that We received and the service, personally I don't think it's worth going to this restaurant because of my bad experience, I had a very high perspective of this restaurant, but comparing this place with a taco truck I prefer to go to a taco trucks and not for the prices, because based on the prices of a place you expect to receive quality in the services you are paying for Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
