The owner was great and there was something for everyone on the menu. Specializing in Dutch food, there are cocktails, wine, and beer all made in-house. Cozy atmosphere and you can buy bottles/cans for home as well. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very impressed! Every part of Bier Distillery was fantastic. The drinks were delightful, the food was fantastic, and the service was stellar. There was something to drink for everyone. I tried a few different beers while my wife and a few different cocktails. Every one of them was delicious. I ate the Apple pie burger, I was skeptical but it was perfect. My wife had the Apple Gouda Toastie and loved that as well. On the side we tried the dill pickle soup and fries. I was also skeptical of the soup but that was one of the best soups I’ve ever had. The seasoned fries were wonderful fries as well. It’s difficult to have an amazing food menu, a perfectly crafted drink for any occasion and have terrific service. However, Bier Distillery pulled it all off. We will absolutely be back and I will be recommending Bier Distillery & Brewery to everyone. Great food and friendly staff. The wife and I sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple cocktails and a small flight of beer. The food was fast and tasted great. Large portions made breakfast the next day an easy repeat of dinner. Outside seating is available when the weather is nice. Had my husbands class reunion there last night. The owner is terrific and his staff were welcoming and accommodating. Fun drinks, nice atmosphere. They provided a variety of delicious and fresh appetizers to accommodate everyone. Ask for drink suggestions and try something new. I did! Always a solid pick. They don't seem to be afraid of going outside of their comfort zone when it comes to food and cocktails. They are the only place in this Dutch based town that makes real Dutch food. And they do it well. They excelled in the challenge of restaurant week and creating dishes for their chosen theme. Great Dutch/American food! Their beer is great and the cocktails are wonderful because they are made with all their own liqueurs and liquor all made in house. Very laid back vibe, don't come here if you are in a rush. Just relax and enjoy the atmosphere while you spend time with friends and family. This is a great out of the way stop. They have a quaint family business restaurant/brewery. The food is a delicious take on comfort with a few interesting twists. Their cocktails are well thought out and made from scratch, meaning, no premixed ingredients! Take a moment and put this stop on your list. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A great stop with a decent amount more seating that you would expect! A small open area out front brings you into the main floor with the bar. There’s also a section upstairs and a patio area out back! They offer a selection of fun drinks consisting of wine, beer, and cocktails with some unique and flavorful approaches to the classics. Awesome food and beer, portions and flavor were incredible for the price. Had five beers, a burger, and fries. The entire time I was in, nobody else came in, which was pretty surprising considering how great everything was. They have done a great job with social distancing, service was friendly and comfortable, and the ambience was inviting. Give this place a chance if you haven't. Everything is fantastic and it deserves to stay around!
