The staff were so amazing. So amazing. The best I've ever seen, ever. Allison and Kiley. Best ever. I came in with some dumb questions and they responded with knowledge, grace, and the best part: they didn't make me feel dumb. That's a hard thing to do. And then they made a drink that blew. My. Could not love the staff and atmosphere at the Georgia location more!!!! Everything is so fantastic but the baristas - Brandy and Chloe - who are often here on Friday evenings are the absolute best!!! Stop in every Friday after my daughter gets out of dance. Decided to change it up today and tried there hot chai cinnamon tea (special of the day) and it was exceptional!! The tea was creamy, rich in flavor, smooth and had a little bit of a kick! Biggby has the best coffee in Georgia. I wish they had more locations but I would drive hours for that sweet, sweet mocha. Kailey is a star employee and excellent barista. Pay them a visit!!!! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hands down some of the best customer service in the area. The ladies at the counter are phenomenal - always kind and always helpful. I’m an Atlanta native but I now live in Northern VA and I love going to this shop when I’m visiting my folks. I’m also a coffee snob - so trust me when I say this place is quite lovely for a latte! Also the smoothies are tasty - not too sweet and they can be made dairy free (which my parents love because they can’t have too much sugar in their foods and drinks). The muffins are okay - a little dense - but not bad. I hope this little shop continues to thrive- and will be back next time I’m visiting Atlanta! First let me state that I am not a coffee drinker. I stopped in for a quick meal of a bagel and plain coffee. I was disappointed that they didn't have cinnamon raisin, just plain. Also for a place that prides itself on it's drinks they didn't have French Vanilla creamer. Next time I'll go to Dunkin Donuts. 1st time customer! Coffee, Staff, and Environment was so lovely and refreshing. Mya & Chloe were the staff and they were so friendly inviting with good smiles and energy. I will be back! Oh! We love Biggby! The coffee flavors are endless and I have yet to try a bad one. I love all the cold brew with sweet cold foam options. The inside has ample seating and many plugs for working or studying. Everyone is so nice as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great local coffee shop with amazing coffee, great food and great service. I got the honey cinnamon iced latte and added sweet cold foam. For food, I tried their bacon egg & cheese maple waffle sandwich. Everything tasted awesome. Atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant, great space for working and lounging. New favorite spot.
