The drinks are awful, they’re either too sweet or too watered down. The staff won’t work with you in terms of customization. I wanted less ice in my blended drink because that’s how I like my drinks and I was having a 30 minute argument with the staff on how it’s not allowed. Place is also crawling with roaches and I’ve also seen workers place a shopping cart of garbage in the supposed bathroom they have that’s in plain view. Never come here and never ever waste your money on their drinks and service. Would rate all zeros if I could. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My recent experience at this boba place was utterly disappointing, marred by serious hygiene issues that cannot be ignored. Their attitude created an unwelcoming vibe, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Additionally, when attempting to address concerns about the hygiene and overall experience, the response from the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, further highlighting a severe lack of commitment to customer service. This boba store was absolutely disgusting to visit the other day. I saw cockroaches on the floor and it just felt gross. On top of that, the boba was hard and the drink was too sweet. I like sweet drink but this was too much. They clearly don’t put enough thought into their menu and I can truly say I won’t be visiting again. Don’t waste your money on this terrible place, unless you want to be treated poorly by the staff and have a stomachache from the sugar. Don’t bring your family here if you think this is a good place to sit in after walking in the mall. This place is dirty and unkempt, they let wrappers sit on the floor and table. Drink drains everywhere and it’s also sticky everywhere I walk. That aside the drinks themselves are nothing to rave about, below standard boba and hard to chew. Customer service needs work and the attitude of the workers there need work too. Felt very unwelcome when I was there. I personally will not be coming back due to these reasons, I would urge everyone to stay away. Spend your money at a better boba shop like Kung Fu Tea. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this boba place because I was driving through town to visit a friend. I stopped in and the place had a weird smell to it. I asked for boba and apparently they only had enough to fill up one drink for me. The boba I ended up getting tasted horrible, and the drinks were super sweet.
