Took my kids here yesterday and was impressed with the Atmosphere and Customer service. The cashier was very friendly and service was fast. Went for the first time for a birthday party and I am new to the Boba world. So helpful with all of my questions and she helped me pick the perfect treat! The slider and fruit tray they made for the event were excellent and look forward to going back to try the soup and other offerings. Great atmosphere and I guess she changes the decor. It is currently Harry Potter themed and it was just a great event. Not only is the store adorable, they have cute trinkets and stickers to go with their awesome teas. I just love the chai with chocolate boba pearls!! They also have a rewards system that's easy to set up!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

i love boba and went here two days in a row lol. the first boba i got was passion fruit with popping mango and it was just perfect. however the next day i got strawberry with matcha tapioca and the boba wasn’t boiled enough :( it wasn’t chewy at all and my friend had the same problem. so if they could just boil the boba until it’s chewy, i’ll be satisfied ☺️. i’m going again tomorrow but i only plan on getting popping boba because i’m not sure about the cooking of the tapioca 😓 other than that i love everything else !! They have wonderful customer service they are all super nice. Its super cute and clean inside. The boba tastes amazing as well. Definitely going there many more time!
