Came on 3/3/2024 to get 3 chicken biscuits and 3 large Bo rounds got to the drive through speaker at 11:03am no one in line ordered my food went to the window and paid 28$ lady asked me to drive forward they will bring the food out waited then a young girl comes out and says I need to pull more forward to allow others to get their food so I did at 11:18 the same girl brought me my bag which had 3 small Bo rounds I said excuse me I paid for 3 large rounds her reply back was she didn’t charge you that way so I showed her my receipt that clearly says 3 fam Bo rounds she said ok I’ll bring you 3 medium rounds so now this is at 11:23 so I was the 20min totally the worst Bo jangles in the Irmo area now on the biscuit side I had asked for 3 chicken biscuits “biscuits “ key word not 3 crumble up bread their biscuits are always in shambles and dry Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I can’t wait for Biscuitville to open! This place is a joke!! Came in on 02/25/2024 - staff is very unprofessional and had me waiting for cold food. I was pulled up in the drive thru while 5-6 other cars behind me went on through with their orders. I went in to the lobby to see what the hold up was and found my food just sitting around and no one to bring it out. I asked for a refund, but no one answered as trained to give a refund and employee Vicky says I have to come back at 10:00 am when Ms. Regina comes in to get the money added back to my debit card. **************** Visit on 10/15/23 was excellent. Morning/Brunch crew was great! Biscuits were hot, buttered, and soft! Sausage, ham, and bacon were cooked to perfection! Bo Rounds served hot out the fryer!
