I’m from up north so I have never been to a Bojangles before. I wasn’t even sure what they served just thought it was a regular restaurant chain not a chicken & biscuit place. The staff was very friendly. They call people “baby” down here, it’s endearing. Food was just ok but it’s a fast food place not a fine dining establishment. I’d say at least give the place a try if you’ve never been. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

They are super rude and are not a real Bojangles. For some reason they don’t keep any of the Bojangles sauces. if I could give the employees a zero stars, I would.

Update: 2/20/24 1 pm Service use to be decent here but now it is HORRIBLE! MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED! WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT A BOJANGLES! Sad part is it came from one of the managers! Nasty attitude! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Recommended dishes French Fries

Drive thru took forever! Hardly any customees inside. Lady seemed a little rude when taking my order. Only ordered 2 sides, potatoes and green beans, cause I've been sick and couldn't eat. Well, wouldn't you know it! My cream potatoes were macaroni and cheese! But I got the gravy! 🤣 Oh, and very pricey!

I stopped at the store today and there was only 1 person ahead of me, they had so much trouble getting his order right and then they started on mine couldn't get it right they just kept arguing with each other the older gray haired lady kept putting them down in front of the only 2 customers you had, she was correct in her analysis but not very professional the MOD didn't have any control so I just requested a refund "By far the worst Bojangles I have ever been to Will never go there again. If you want very good meal go past this place and about 2 miles on right is the Sawmill Grill, excellent food.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
