As a chef I did order Australian Steak 🥩, food was not my expectation, the taste just flat taste in mouth but the sauce really helped to gave the taste. I didn’t taste the garlic, rosemary or thyme, please more butter and texture of the meat little bit hard not juicy. Reservation at 7 p.m. for me and my wife. When we arrived we were told that we had 30 minutes to eat because it was closing ?! (Reservation made 2 weeks ago, we were not notified). Results : We were only able to eat one dish. entry impossible and the server was oppressive. When we don't know how to entertain, we don't accept reservations. That's it. ASHAMED. Een gezellige en goede plek om te lunchen. De zitplekken zijn heel gezellig opgesteld met zicht op een drukke straat in Valkenburg. Op de dag dat wij hier een bezoek brachten was het wel heel druk waardoor de service niet optimaal was. Het broodje carpaccio had beter gekund maar hier was zeker niks mis mee. Hier gegeten in het weekend voor kerst.Tijdens de kerststad Valkenburg. Goed ontvangen en mochten eerst drankje op terras nuttigen. Verder moet ik zeggen dat personeel druk was(hele stad was natuurlijk vol), maar ondanks dat een goede kwaliteit haalde. Eten was erg lekker en interieur zag er goed verzorgd uit.
