Ordered wings with sauces and a dry rub. I call to say they got my order wrong. The girl says they're only serving plain wings on the super bowl. I didnt even get sauce on the side nor was this communicated to me when I placed the order. The girl at the front was extremely rude too. I live 30 miles away and they want me to go back? This was the first time there and It was nice but I didn’t want to sit on the high chair for the dinner 😁 I wanted to sit on regular chair but she said we are closing that section and it was 9;30 🙃 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We hadn't been to this place in a few years, the first time we had a really nice experience, this time was definitely not the same. We went in with family and waited for over 30 minutes to see the waiter for our order; after a very long time he comes back asking what our drinks were, he brought part of it and then took 10 more minutes for the rest. After being there 1.5 hours we asked how much longer because it had been a while, his answer was "i know " and walked away. 20 minutes later(almost 2 hours after being there) we get 3 of our appetizers. One of them was guac and chips and that's when it became unacceptable. It looked like leftovers. There was guac rubbed on the sides of the container and it seemed like someone had taken some out from the appearance of it. Asked to speak to a manager who was not helpful at all and left the place. Wish I could give a ZERO rating. Ordered delivery multiple times. Wings were always dry with little to almost no sauce. And every single time the sides (blue cheese, ranch, celery & carrots) were missing. When called to the store about the issue the employees put me hold 4 times for about an hour and the manager was rude, wouldn't even listen and hung up on me. Service Delivery Food: 1

Lack of quality wings, atmosphere, and service. We went there for Sunday Night Football. The place was empty and waiters were miserable. We couldn’t even finish one wing; it was small, dry, shriveled up, and cold. Not fresh at all. The guacamole wasn’t even seasoned with salt. Will definitely not come back.

Food was poorly served. My wings were undercooked and had a drizzle of sauce. Pink wings? who serves anyone undercooked food. This Buffalo Wild Wings does. Had to get a manager just to get a refill.
