Waiting time for one sandwich and fries is over 30 minutes. The staff stood there all the time and looked at the monitor with orders, and they gave orders maybe every 5 minutes. Incomplete or mistaken. Lots of drunk young people inside making noise, mess and general confusion. No one from the staff paid them any attention. Definitely better, tham McDonald. Food quality is superior and even cheaper. Great big and clean premises, lot of space. Friendly personnel, very efficient. Recommended Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I like the twister fries and prefer the grilled burgers over McDonalds. Personnel was friendly. That said, I like the Atmosphere at McD better than this place. The woman who is Red brownish Hair is so Rude, very Rude. She thew Burger in my husbands Lap “there you go” and roll eyes to him when my Husband confront her that her behaviour is wrong she said “so be it”. My husband asked for her manager and the manager already hear that he was looking for him and then this woman walked away. The Manager apologised and he is going to have a talk with her and he is sorry that this happened. This woman who doesnt know hospitality, rude, clearly she is not normal mentally should not work to this kind of job!!!

This BK has made some great changes. It used to take far to long to get your food after ordering - 30+ minutes is not fast food! However, for some months now this seems to have been resolved. Food comes as quick as you’d expect. Staff attitude has improved with these recent changes too and it’s actually become a joy to eat and stay at this branch. Whatever was changed this year - good job 👍
