The food is tasty. But, the service is bad. When I placed a takeaway order last month and opened it after reaching home, I found an item is missing. Yesterday, I have placed a takeaway order and while collecting it, I made a check to verify all the items are present. Surprise! An item was missing again. The staff apologised casually and given the missing item. Burger King should display a banner insisting that the customers verify all the items are present in the takeaway bag. My whole experience is based on one single worker, the cashier that assisted me was so nice and welcoming and helped me with such Grace that I was extremely happy to experience something like this, it’s so rare to find this kind of commitment these days, she deserves a great kudos Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Quite crowded, which usually is not a problem, but the restaurant was a mess. A bit more cleaning would be great. Food fine, but took quite long to get a standard burger. Burger King is of course the king and best. It tastes really good and the offers are mostly cheap than any other restaurant. But I was a bit worried when I looked the garbage trays, papers, bones etc. I think they should change their profile photo. Or else nobody would come in.

Not clean! They handle food without gloves and one time I even saw a personal itch his head and continued to make a burger, discusting! They dont take kindly to critics and more than often they forget items... that you have paid for, and when you point it out they dont treat you kindly

It's a nightmare! Last time I was there was last year with colleagues for lunch and we promised to never go back again. Silly of me believing they have changed! Abrubt staffs, no communication, wrong order, waiting for an half an hour and at last cold meal and still wrong with so much mayo that made it impossible to eat. They refused to rectify the issue and refuse to give our money back! Disgusting place! Shame on you Burger king for not honouring your promises.

A regular Burger King restaurant. Food is same or very similar to most other Burger King restaurants and is neither the best food available or the worst. Restaurant sorts the updated interior and is located inside a shopping mall allowing for a quick bite while doing other shopping. Staff was helpful and moved through the lines quite speedily.
