Delay in serving food at inside counter. Employee would place food on tray and supervisor, Ms Lopez, would remove it to fill drive thru orders, I complained and she got upset

Great Burger king but the day i went, there was hardly any employees and the cashier was taking order and serving order and it was nuts, and it took forever. poor girl. no wonder employees are always angry and upset and do a bad service... i dont blame them, when they leave them alone
