We paid for 2 slices of pie and they didn't give them to us. The lobby is closed, and the drive through took us 30 minutes for 3 cars in front of us. Very BAD service. Don't come here. Also can you give me a refund please? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to the dirty bathroom. No toilet paper. They got our order wrong. Flies everywhere. Air conditioner was broke. 88° that day. Had an employee wandering around with plumbers Crack and looking filthy. This was the worst possible restaurant we have ever been in. If the health department went there, they would be shut down. Let me explain . I had to use the restroom, but I had to cover my nose. It stunk so badly. I went to order and could hardly breathe because of the smoke from the grill. There were food and food containers all over the floor. The workers were extremely busy, definitely short-handed. But in their defense, there was a sign saying they needed to higher help. I ordered a fish sandwich. It was so overcooked that I had to drink 2 glasses just to wash it down.. I did not ask my wife why she only ate half of it, but she said yuk. I have stopped 5 days in a row. Today it was 6:28 . No body answers the drive up I can see someone inside sitting. There sure not there to serve breakfast drove around building twice. Stopped at drive through 2 times. Your sighn in on just no service! Service: 1

4:45 pm. I stood right here, at the order counter, for 5 full minutes. They never looked up from their phones. I tried to get their attention multiple times by saying "excuse me", but the music was so loud they never heard me. 2 other customers came in right after me. They also left without ordering. I finally left and went to the McD's across the street. Service Dine in Service: 1

Was there tonight. Ordered two 8 piece nuggets large fry and then two bacon king meals. Got to the window they put the wrong burgers on the receipt with ok I get it people make mistakes so I told them what was wrong. Well they made me pull forward and wait and eventually brought my food out. Thinking nothing about it got home and went to eat my food and the bacon king is a double cheeseburger burger both of them.I don’t know what is going on with this store but they need a serious management upgrade ! I don’t know how it’s possible but my wife kept going driving back to get our orders fixed. Time after time, after time and somehow still end up messing up. I wanted 3 double plain (no condiments or veggies) cheese burgers but somehow ended up with no cheese in my cheeseburgers. We’ve never ever had issues with any BK in other states but this one is unbelievable especially considering how there was a young dark haired heavy set girl being rude to my wife and losing her cool on her. We first went to McDonald’s across the street and found out that there were nothing but morons running the business. So we came across To Burger King and I was bit by the most friendliest person on this earth. The food was hot good and Service was lightning fast. Save your time and your patience and go across the street to Burger King.
